The curtain rose for most WPIAL and Pittsburgh City League teams on Friday night. Then it was time for ten more district teams to lace up their spikes for the first time in 2011. Three games took place under the hot sun in the afternoon while the evening haze was the backdrop for two more scholastic gridiron contests. Here are ALL of the final results from one Class A Eastern Conference contest and four non-conference tilts on the first Saturday of the new campaign.
