Trib HSSN girls basketball state rankings for week of Feb. 17, 2019

Call it the calm before the storm.
Most of the girls basketball teams in the Trib HSSN state rankings saw little if any action this past week as the 12 district playoffs kick into full gear this upcoming week.
Changes are likely forthcoming over the next two weeks of district postseason action and then onto the three-week ride on the Road to Hershey.
But outside of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional dropping from the Class A state rankings after the Red Raiders lost three of four games, only North Catholic in Class 4A and West Middlesex in Class 2A sliding but remaining part of the commonwealth elite were the only changes from a week ago.
Here is the PIAA Top Five in each of the six classifications for the week of Feb. 17.
