It was smooth sailing last week for the girls basketball teams ranked in the Trib 10, but there were some choppy waters on the boys side of the latest power rankings.
Four boys basketball teams lost this past week, with one staying put, two dropping down the ladder and one falling completely out of the Trib 10.
The blue-and-gold Panthers of Franklin Regional dropped out while the red-and-black Panthers of Upper St. Clair made a strong debut after beating Mt. Lebanon last week.
On the girls side, the only team that lost was McKeesport, costing the Tigers two spots after they were defeated by Oakland Catholic.
Speaking of the Eagles, they continue to fly high as they remain at No. 1 on the girls side while Lincoln Park remains on top in the boys power rankings this week.
