District College Football Recap for Saturday, October 23rd

A great weekend of college football around the area. This week saw a long division winning streak come to an end as well as the third ranked team in Divsion II go down to defeat. The college football season starts to head downhill towards the finish line in 2010 with some good matchups this week. In the PSAC, third ranked Cal U. travels to Erie to meet Mercyhurst, the Vulcans can clinch a spot in the PSAC title game with a win.

A couple of upsets highlight the week's slate of college football from around the region during Separation Week. A three-way tie for second place in the PSAC-West was broken with a thrilling finish in Erie County. A down to wire finish in the PAC as well between two old rivals and defense ruled the day in several other contests.
