Senior trio has Plum girls in position to take step forward

Plum is counting on the senior trio of Megan Marston, Pascale Olczak and Rayla Smith to set the tone for a successful girls basketball season.

For many high school seniors throughout the WPIAL, Nov. 8 was the culmination of years or hard work, dedication and determination.

The Plum girls soccer team sought a return trip to the WPIAL Class 3A semifinals for the fifth year in a row when it faced Montour in a quarterfinal rematch of a regular-season tie game.
