Donald Barksdale scored the deciding touchdown and picked off a pass to seal a victory Friday night as top-seeded Steel Valley defeated No. 9 Western Beaver, 21-18, in a WPIAL Class 2A quarterfinal game Friday night at Steel Valley’s Campbell Field.
