The Spartans stunned the basketball district with a 45-34 victory over the top-seed Lions to win the schools first ever boys basketball crown Friday night at Duquesne University's A.J. The 2011 WPIAL Class AA Individual Wrestling tournament had a bit of a rhythm to it Saturday at Chartiers Valley High School, with many wrestlers duplicating previous gold medal victories.
