Ringgold, Canon-Mac baseball celebrated at state Capitol

The state champion Ringgold and Canon-McMillan baseball teams were celebrated this week at the state Capitol.
The two WPIAL teams were welcomed Monday and Tuesday by state Sen. Camera Barolotta, state Rep. Bud Cook and state Rep. Tim O’Neal.
Ringgold defeated Valley View, 6-4, in the PIAA Class 4A title June 14. Canon-McMillan won PIAA Class 6A with a 10-3 victory over Bensalem on June 15.
