Plum athletes earn postseason awards

Plum's boys soccer team was well-represented on the all-section team this fall.
Forward Callan Scharba, midfielder Jordan Floyd and defender Cole Kelly were first-team all-section selections. Anthony Russo was named the section Coach of the Year.
Forward Kole Lisovich, midfielders Ethan Ekiert and Luke Gildea, defender Joey Zimmerman and keeper Gavin Ekiert were second-team selections, and forward Darius Flowers was honorable mention.
In girls soccer, forward Jordyn Huemme, midfielder Gina Proviano, defender Taylor Oravitz and keeper Aly Bryner were first-team all-section selections.
Forward Jasymn Floyd, defender Kere O'Donnell and keeper Zoe Zonnenberg were second-team picks, and midfielder Sara Pearlman and defender Elena Banta were honorable mentions.
In volleyball, Plum was represented on the All-Section 4-AAAA second team by libero Bailey Raposa and hitter Brianna Bialota. Hitter Sofia Chapkis was an honorable mention.
In football, senior center Aaron Shefler, senior running back Colt Robb, senior defensive end Karrson Ewing, senior linebacker Dakota Sunday and senior punter Jackson Gildea were second-team selections.
Junior tackle Cooper Aubele, junior tight end Seth Norcutt, sophomore quarterback Anthony Little, senior multi-back Dominic Carlisano, freshman wide receiver Reed Martin, senior defensive tackle Mike Giannuzzi, senior linebacker Corey Thomas and senior defensive back Hunter Fields were honorable mention picks.
