The MaxPreps Tour of Champions will stop Friday at West Allegheny to honor the school’s state championship boys soccer team.

West A went 23-2 this past season and won the PIAA Class 3A title. The team will receive the Army National Guard national rankings trophy during a school assembly at 1:35 p.m.

The tour, started in 2005 and sponsored by the Army National Guard, will recognize 10 boys soccer teams nationwide this year.

The Indians finished the year ranked 15th nationally by MaxPreps.
