Anthony who? When Anthony Dallier decided not to return for his senior year at North Allegheny, many wondered what would happen to the North Allegheny basketball team. 2011 has been a tremendous year in high school sports in the WPIAL. It was a year where some familiar champions wore the golden crown again while some new faces surfaced in the championship picture. High school basketball starts in Pennsylvania tonight, and one of the storylines in the WPIAL is transfers.You can look in every classification in the WPIAL and you will see notable transfers. How good are some of the players? What kind of impact will they have on their new teams? We will start to get some answers to those questions tonight.
