Area student-athletes attend WPIAL Sportsmanship Summit

Student-athletes from more than 100 high schools in Western Pennsylvania attended the annual WPIAL Sportsmanship Summit on Thursday at the Sen. John Heinz History Center and Sports Museum in the Strip District.
They heard speeches from former Pittsburgh Steeler Will Allen and State Sen. Jay Costa. Several students also addressed the audience to talk about how the importance of sportsmanship.
