PTFCA announces all-state honors for indoor track

North Allegheny hurdler Ayden Owens and the Seneca Valley boys distance medley team earned first-team all-state honors Monday night when the PTFCA announced its indoor track awards .
Owens also received second-team in the long jump and the 200 meters.
Bethel Park’s James Krandel earned second-team honors in the 60 meters, while the third-team honors were West Allegheny’s Maddie Salek in the 800 meters and Butler’s Noah Beveridge in the mile.
Upper St. Clair’s Savannah Shaw was honorable mention in both the mile and the 3,000 meters, along with Oakland Catholic’s Jayla Ellis in the 60 hurdles and Butler’s 3,200-meter girls relay.
