Derry wrestler Trey Weinell commits to Edinboro

Derry senior Trey Weinell’s wrestling career isn’t done yet.
Weinell committed to wrestle at Division I Edinboro as a walk-on.

He was a three-time PIAA Southwest Regional Class AA qualifier and finished with a 105-49 career record, including a 36-12 mark in 2018-19.
The 36 wins were a career high.

He also helped the Trojans qualify for the PIAA Class AA team tournament in 2017 and ‘18.
